Western Blot: Approx 26 kDa band observed in Mouse Brain and Mouse fetal Brain lysates (calculated MW of 21.1 kDa according to NP_032989.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL.
