Immunogen: ELKS antibody was raised against a 13 amino acid synthetic peptide near the N-Terminus of ELKS.

Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approximately 85 kDa band observed in human pancreas and testis lysates (calculated MW of 82 kDa according to NP_829882, isoform gamma). A second band of 37 kDa is detected. Both bands are successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. No proteins of approximatelyimately 37 kDa were found after a BLASTP search in NCBI with the immunizing peptide as a probe. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL.
