Western Blot: Approximately 250 kDa band observed in human Endothelial Cell line HUVEC lysates (calculated MW of 181 kDa according to NP_002932.1). Some of the observed proteolytic breakdown products are also found in human, mouse and rat brain lysates. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
