Immunogen
VTI1B antibody was raised against a 13 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of VTI1B.
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 26-28 kDa band observed in human duodenum, kidney and testis lysates (calculated MW of 26.7 kDa according to NP_006361.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
