Target
CD103 (ITGAE)
(Integrin, alpha E (Antigen CD103, Human Mucosal Lymphocyte Antigen 1, alpha Polypeptide) (ITGAE))
The CD103 antigen is a 160-130-105 kDa molecule which is expressed on mucosa-associated T lymphocytes and activated cells and on subset of TGF beta -1 cells. This human intra epithelial lymphocyte marker is the E integrin chain associated with the b7 subunit. CD103 antibody stains a few bone marrow cells and, rarely, peripheral blood ymphocytes. CD103 is expressed by 0.5 to 2 % of resting lymphocytes in Peripheral blood and lymphoid organs.Synonyms: HML-1 antigen, ITGAE, Integrin alpha-E, Integrin alpha-IEL, Mucosal lymphocyte 1 antigen
