Usage: IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Oesophagus shows nuclear staining of cells in the Squamous Epithelium. Recommended concentration, 3 μg/mL. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 30-35 kDa band in Human Kidney lysates at 1u μg/mL. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the predicted sizes of approx. 24-58kDda according to NP_000429.2, NP_039230.1, NP_852122,.1 NP_852123.1, NP_852124.1, NP_852125.1, NP_852126.1.
