Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:50-1:200. Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended. Positive control: Granzyme B, is expressed within the granules of cytolytic lymphocytes (CTLs). -
