- Application Notes
- Immunohistochemistry (IHC) for formalin-fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue sections and frozen sections. Dilute 1:100-1:200 using polymer or streptavidin -biotin system for 30 mins at room temperature. The Prediluted antibody is ready to be used. This antibody requires antigen retriever (boiling FFPE tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 mins. followed by cooling at room temp. for 20 mins). The optimum dilution should be determined by the individual lab. Positive Control: Human pancreas or GI tumor. Cellular Localization: Cytoplasmic.
