Application Notes: IHC, ICC (frozen or formalin–fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections, cell smears) 1:50-1:200 using streptavidin-Biotin system or polymer system. Prediluted antibody is used directly without dilution. The optimum dilution should be determined by the individual lab. Positive Control: Human normal or malignant prostate tissue. Background: Prostate specific antigen (PSA) is a protein produced by the cells of the prostate gland. A blood test to measure PSA is the most effective test currently available for the early detection of prostate cancer.
