Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit Dilution: 1/32000. Western blot: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Approx 50 kDa band observed in Human Brain, Breast andDuodenum lysates (calculated MW of 50.0 kDa according to NP_006165.1).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
