Peptide ELISA: 1/16000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments in human colon, duodenum and placenta lysatesgave no specific signal but low background (at antibody concentration up to 1 μg/mL). Immunohistochemistry. Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
