Dot blot analysis of anti-Phospho-hSTAT5a-pS726 Phospho-specific Antibody (ABIN389667) on nitrocellulose membrane. 50ng of Phospho-peptide or Non Phospho-peptide per dot were adsorbed. Antibody working concentrations are 0.5ug per ml.

Western blot analysis of anti-Phospho-STAT5a-S726 Antibody(ABIN389667) in CEM cell line lysate (35ug/lane). Phospho-STAT5a(arrow) was detected using the purified Pab (1:60 dilution).

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining.
