Sequence VFDEFVDMDFGTGAVKITPAHDQNDYEVGQRHGLEAISIM DSRGALINVP
Predicted Reactivity Bovine : 100%, Guinea pig : 100%, Horse : 100%, Human : 100%, Mouse : 100%, Pig : 100%, Rabbit : 100%, Dog : 92%, Zebrafish : 85%
Characteristics This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against VARS. It was validated on Western Blot using a cell lysate as a positive control. We strive to provide antibodies covering each member of a whole protein family of your interest.
Purification Affinity Purified
Alternative Name VARS
Background Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases catalyze the aminoacylation of tRNA by their cognate amino acid. Because of their central role in linking amino acids with nucleotide triplets contained in tRNAs, aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases are thought to be among the first proteins that appeared in evolution. VARS belongs to class-I aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase family and is located in the class III region of the major histocompatibility complex.Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases catalyze the aminoacylation of tRNA by their cognate amino acid.
