Background
- Antigen distribution: HLA-DR is a MHC Class II antigen expressed on dendritic cells, B cells, monocytes, macrophages, myeloid and erythroid precursors and some epithelial cells. MHC class II antigens are also expressed on activated T cells. Cellular Expression: B cells, monocytes, macrophages, activated T cells.
