Immunogen This B3GAT1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 21-48 AA from the N-terminal region of human B3GAT1.
Clone RB25712
Isotype Ig
Specificity This B3GAT1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 27~57 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human B3GAT1.
Purification This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Alternative Name B3GAT1
Background The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the glucuronyltransferase gene family. These enzymes exhibit strict acceptor specificity, recognizing nonreducing terminal sugars and their anomeric linkages. This gene product functions as the key enzyme in a glucuronyl transfer reaction during the biosynthesis of the carbohydrate epitope HNK-1 (human natural killer-1, also known as CD57 and LEU7).
