Immunogen Polyclonal antibody produced in rabbits immunizing with a synthetic peptide corresponding to C-terminal residues of human FBLN5 (Fibulin-5 precursor)
Purification Purified by antigen-specific affinity chromatography.
Alternative Name FBLN5 (FBLN5 Antibody Abstract)
Background FBLN5(Fibulin-5) promotes adhesion of endothelial cells through interaction of integrins and the RGD motif. It could be a vascular ligand for integrin receptors and may play a role in vascular development and remodeling. FBLN5 (Fibulin-5) is expressed predominantly in heart, ovary, and colon but also in kidney, pancreas, testis, lung and placenta. Not detectable in brain, liver, thymus, prostate, or peripheral blood leukocytes.
Application Notes ELISA, Western blotting: 1µg/ml for 2hrs.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Buffer This antibody is stored in PBS, 50% glycerol
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use This product contains sodium azide: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.
Storage -20 °C
