Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human HER2 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 1221/1222 (N-L-YP-YP -W).
Specificity HER2 (Ab-1221/1222) antibody detects endogenous levels of total HER2 protein.
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
