Additional Information

Immunogen Human p21 protein.
Isotype IgG1
Clone B459
Specificity This antibody reacts with human and other mammalian p21 protein. p21 is an intracellular protein of 21kD size. It is also known as the wild type p53 activated fragment 1 or WAF1. p21 inhibits cyclin-dependent kinases (Cdk's) and also proliferating cell nuclear antigens or PCNA's).
Molecular Weight 21 kDa
Comments

Cellular Localization: Nuclear.
Recommended Positive Control: Breast, Skin, or Colon Carcinoma, Fibroadenoma.
