Neutralization Activity: This antibody has been reported to be useful for the neutralization of recombinant human IL-2. Neutralization activity may be measured with a proliferation assay using 100 pg/mL recombinant human IL-2 (Cat. No. 554603) to stimulate CTLL-2 cells at 2x10^4 cells/mL as indicator cells (i.e. preincubation of the antibody with recombinant human IL-2 for 60 minutes).
