Western Blot: Approx 22 kDa band observed in Mouse and Rat Kidney and Liver lysates (calculated MW of 22.3 kDa according to Mouse NP_032186.2 and Rat NP_110453.3). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL.. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
