Immunohistochemistry on Frozen sections: 2 μg/mL (1: 100),Suggested positive control: Human placenta. Antigen Distribution: The antigen is found in variable amounts on freshly isolated isolated HUVE cells. Antigenexpression on cultured HUVEC is dependent on the culture conditions. Best results wereobtained (40-70 % pos. ) by daily renewal of FCS containing medium supplemented withendothelial cell conditioned supernatant whereas commercial available specificendothelial cell media have no influence on the antigen expression (see Table 1).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
