Application Notes

Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections (has been used for immunohistochemistry onformaldehyde fixed tissue, it is useful for cell body but not fiber staining). Western blot (Rat pineal, hypothalamus and dorsal raphe tissue have been used. A band atapproximately 55 kD is observed).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
