Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections. Western blot (A glycosylated band at approximately 62 kD is observed using membranesfrom rat inner medulla. N-Glycanase reduces the size of this band to 36 kD - deglycosylatedform).
Other applications not tested.
