This antibody is specific to CD10 antigen of 100 kDa, also known as common acute lymphocytic leukemia antigen (CALLA). Cellular Localization: Cell membrane
Purification
Prediluted
Immunogen
Prokaryotic recombinant protein corresponding to the external domain of the CD10 glycoprotein.
Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigenunmasking with 10 mM Citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. We suggest an incubation period of 30 to 60 minutes at room temperature. Recommended Positive Control: Tonsil Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
