Application Notes
-
ELISA: To detect hOncostatin M by direct ELISA (using 100 l/well antibody solution) thisantibody can be used at a concentration of 0.15 - 0.30 μg/mL. Used in conjunction withcompatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2 ng/well of recombinanthOncostatin M. Western Blot: To detect hOncostatin M by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be usedat a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondaryreagents the detection limit for recombinant hOncostatin M is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, undereither reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
