Application
-
-
Specificity
- Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against purified and partially purified Pyruvate Kinase [Rabbit Muscle]. Cross reactivity may occur against other mammalian Pyruvate Kinase, but were not specifically determined.
-
Purification
- Prepared from monospecific antiserum by delipidation and defibrination.
-

Application Notes
-
Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 g of Pyruvate Kinase[Rabbit Muscle] in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purifiedanti-Goat IgG and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as asubstrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1: 2,000 to 1: 12,000 ofthe reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
