Western Blotting (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA)
  • Purification

Prepared from monospecific antiserum by a delipidation and defibrination.

    Immunogen

    Uricase [Bacillus species].
  • Application Notes

Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and mostimmunological methods requiring high titer and specificity. Recommended Diutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Uricase [Bacillusspecies] in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purifiedanti-Goat IgG [H&L] (Rabbit) and (ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonicacid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1: 4,000 to1: 36,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
    Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
