ELISA, Neutralization (Neut), Intracellular Staining (ICS)
    Brand
    BD Pharmingen™
    Characteristics
Neutralization Activity: This antibody has been reported to be useful for the neutralization of recombinant human IL-10. Neutralization activity may be measured with a proliferation assay using 3 ng/mL recombinant human IL-10 (Cat.No. 554611), co-stimulated with 0.1 ng/mL recombinant mouse IL-4 (Cat.No. 550067), to stimulate MC/9 or D36 cells as indicator cells (i.e preincubation of the antibody with recombinant human IL-10 for 60 min)
    50% Neutralization (ND50) at 0.2 - 4.0 ng/mL
    >95% Neutralization at 3 - 30 ng/mL
    Purification
The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography.
    Sterility
    0.2 μm filtered
    Endotoxin Level
Endotoxin level is ≤ 0.01 EU/μg (≤ 0.001 ng/μg) of protein as determined by the LAL assay.
    Immunogen
    Recombinant Human IL-10
    Clone
    JES3-9D7
    Isotype
    IgG1
