Application Notes: Flow Cytometry: 1/10 - 1/50, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL, Membrane permeabilisation is required for this application. ELISA. Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/1000. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
