Immunoprecipitation (use porcine brain as positive material). Western blot (use porcine brain or MAP2 as positive control). Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections (use mouse brain as positive control). Immunocytochemistry (use human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y as positive control). ELISA (use porcine brain or MAP2 as positive control). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
