Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry. Add 2.5 μL of 2-mercaptoethanol/100 μL of lysate and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation. Load 20 μg of reduced lysate per lane for minigels. Positive control: A431 Cells, Non-Stimulated in RIPA Buffer, Sample Buffer. Add 2.5 μL of 2-mercaptoethanol/100 μL of lysate and boil for 5 minutes to reduce the preparation. Load 20 μg of reduced lysate per lane for minigels.
