Application Notes
Western Blot: 0.5-4 μg/mL. Immunoprecipitation: 10-20 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: 10-20 μg/mL. Mouse small intestine tissue lysate can be used as a positive control. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
