Application Notes: ELISA. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: This product requires antigen retrieval usingheat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Western Blot: Under non-reducing conditions a PSA triplet is observed at approx 30 kDa. Under reducing conditions a doublet can be observed.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
