Application Notes
ELISA: Direct: To detect hPersephin by direct ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) aconcentration of 0.25 - 1.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. In conjunction withcompatible secondary reagents, it allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well ofrecombinant hPersephin. Sandwich: To detect hPersephin by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) aconcentration of 0.25 - 1.0 μg/mL is required. This In conjunction with PolyclonalAnti-Human Persephin as a capture antibody, it allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant hPersephin. Western Blot: To detect hPersephin by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at aconcentration of 0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagentsthe detection limit for recombinant hPersephin is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing ornon-reducing conditions. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
