Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Testis shows nuclear and extra-nuclear staining in spermatids. Recommended concentration, 3-5 μg/mL.
Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 90 kDa band in lysates of cell line A431after 0.5 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of
