Characteristics: The rat monoclonal antibody RA3-6B2 recognizes an extracellular epitope on CD45R, which is expressed at all developmental stages of B cells, including activated B cells, but also on subsets of NK and T cells. T cells detected by this antibody are supposed to be in activated state.

Purification: Purified by protein-G affinity chromatography.

Purity: > 95 % (by SDS-PAGE)

Endotoxin Level: Endotoxin level is less than 0.01 EU/µg of the protein, as determined by the LAL test.
