Specificity: Specific for phosphorylated HSP27 (Ser78). Does not recognize the non-phosphorylated form of HSP27. An additional band was observed at ~54kD in longer exposures. Species cross-reactivity: Human. Species sequence homology: Canine: 100 % , Mouse and rat based on GenPept database sequence where Ser78 is replaced with Asp.
