Specificity: Recognizes a protein of ~100kD, which corresponds to the apparent MW of PSD-95. A slightly higher MW band is also detected. In rat brain and mouse brain tissue extracts a band of ~75kD is also present. Species cross-reactivity: Rat, mouse and bovine.
