Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:2000. Flow Cytometry: Neat, Use 5 μL of the optimal working dilution to stain 1 x106 in 100 μL. Permeabilization is recommended prior to staining. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin and frozen): 1:1000-1:10000. Note: Paraffin sections require antigen retrieval using sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0, heat treatment prior to staining. Positive control: Small intestine, colon. - Comment
