Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 0.1-1 μg/mL. Immunoprecipitation: 2-5 μg/IP reaction. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen or Paraffin): 5-10 μg/mL. Western Blot: ~2 μg/mL. Detects bands at ~110kD and 120kD.
