    Specificity
Recognizes human Integrin beta 1. Reacts with calcium-dependent epitopes on the integrin b1 subunit. When bound to b1, activates b1 dependent binding to extra cellular matrix substrates. Species cross-reactivity: Rabbit and monkey.
    Purification
    Protein A purified
    Immunogen
    Human IL-1b activated endothelial cells.

    Type of Immunogen: Cells
    Isotype
    IgG1

  • Application Notes
Approved: ELISA, Flo, ICC (2 μg/mL), IHC, IHC-Fr, IHC-P, IP

Usage: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, FACS and ELISA. Immunocytochemistry: 2 μg/mL (use on numerous cell lines as long as Ca2+ is present),. Immunoprecipitation: 5 μg/400 μL lysate (0.5 % triton PBS plus Ca++). FACS: 2-5 μg/1 x106, in the presence of Ca++. Stimulation of cells: 2-10 μg/mL per 1 x106. Binding buffer must contain 1 mM Ca++. Immunohistochemistry: For use on acetone or mild paraformaldehyde fixed tissue (2-2.5 % PFA, short time) frozen and paraffin embedded (1:500, citrate HEIR treated, In et al 2003). Ca++ required for binding. Ca++ must be used in blocking, washing, and antibody incubation buffers.
