Application Notes: Approved: IHC, IHC-P (10 μg/mL), IP, WB (0.1 - 5 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 0.1-05 μg/mL detected p75 neurotrophin receptor in RIPA lysates from PC-12 cells. PC-12 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-p75 Neurotrophin Receptor (0.1 μg/mL). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: Reported to immunoprecipitate p75 neurotrophin receptor. Immunohistochemistry: Reported to detect p75 neurotrophin receptor in rat brain sections.
