Approved: ELISA (0.15 - 0.3 μg/mL), Func, Neut (0.1 - 0.18 μg/mL), WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization. ELISA: 0.15-0.30 μg/mL Detects human Oncostatin-M by direct ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) allows the detection of 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant human Oncostatin-M. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL Detects recombinant human Oncostatin-M at 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Neutralization: 0.1-0.175 μg/mL Yields one-half maximal inhibition (ND50) of the biological activity of human Oncostatin-M (10 ng/mL). -
