  • Application Notes
    Approved: ELISA, ICC (5 - 10 μg/mL), IP, WB (0.5 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL detects paxillin in RIPA lysates from 3T3 fibroblasts using 20 μg per lane for minigels. Immunoprecipitation: 4 μg per 500 μg of cell lysate. Immunocytochemistry:5-10 μg/mL (gave positive immunostaining for paxillin in REF (rat embryo fibroblast) 52 cells fixed with 3.7 % paraformaldehyde for 5 minutes).
