Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunofluorescence microscopy, Immunohistochemistry. Suitable for frozen and paraffin-embedded tissue, cell sorting, cytological material. Pretreatment With paraffin embedded sections, protease pretreatment is required prior to antibody application. Immunohistochemistry: 1:10 with PBS,  pH 7.4, Incubation Time 1 h at RT, extended with paraffin.
