Binding Specificity: C-Term

Specificity: Recognizes mouse Flt-4 (mouse 1363-aa and human 1298-aa) a receptor protein tyrosine kinase. The peptide sequence used is relatively conserved in rat (85 % ) and human (73 %) Flt-4/VEGFR3. No significant sequence homology is seen with VEGFR1, VEGFR2 or other tyrosine kinases.

Immunogen: 20 amino acid peptide sequence within the cytoplasmic, C-terminus of mouse Flt-4.
