Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 2 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 2 μg/mL (staining of formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissue requires Heat induced epitope retrieval (HIER) pretreatment). Positive control: Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot: HCT116 or SW480 cells.
