Specificity
- Does not block the binding of heregulin to c-erbB-31, has no effect on tyrosine kinase activity1, receptor internalization1, or tumorigenic growth of cells overexpressing the cerbB- 32. It is particularly well suited for immunoprecipitation of unoccupied as well as the occupied receptor1. Species cross-reactivity: human.
