Approved: ELISA, IF (1 - 2 μg/mL), IHC, IHC-Fr (1 - 2 μg/mL), WB (0.5 - 1 μg/mL)
Usage: This antibody specifically reacts with a protein of 20-30 kDa, identified as UchL1 (Ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase-1), or PGP9.5. Studies using UchL1 antibody have shown that expression is related to tumor progression, with high expression correlating with poor prognosis, making the protein a potentially useful marker for pancreatic and invasive colorectal cancer. A mutation in gene is believed to cause a form of Parkinson's disease. ELISA: Order BSA-free format for coating. -
