Whole cell extracts (30 ?g) was separated by 7.5 % SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ABCD2 antibody (107-11037) diluted by 1:500.Sample (30 μg of whole cell lysate) A: A431 7.5 % SDS PAGE 107-11037 diluted at 1:1000
